NFC – hot or not?

The NFC, is the hottest technology… since the previous hot technology. It was developed to help people to communicate and share information on very (very!) small range. But is it just yet another information sharing technology? Well, yeah, but it’s not the technology itself that counts in this case, but all the companies standing behind it.

The social networks’ path

State of the Internet 2011I suppose we all have private profiles on Facebook and probably on Twitter as well. Some of us have LinkedIn accounts for building and maintaining professional networks, but we use Foursquare for fun. And we still remember the golden age of MySpace and Friendster.

I guess it’s always nice to hear that someone there in the world likes what you did. Besides that, I was also curious how and why they created it, what was their goal.

And that’s exactly what I did. I contacted Zaid, who turned out to be a really nice guy, started talking to him and to my surprise – I suddenly had a small interview! And that’s what I’m posting today. If you read about Sandglaz last week and liked it, perhaps you’d be interested what its author says about it.
